The hotel overlooks Queen's Landing, a yacht marina, offering interesting views, but some rooms face the back parking lot. My king room was lovely with a jetted tub and a fireplace, and a staff member bid farewell upon leaving.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and quiet with a distant view of the river, very clean, and had a modern touch to them, providing the best of both worlds. The location was perfect, within walking distance of theatres, shops, and restaurants, especially convenient for Festival Theatre shows.
